About Us

Team Adaptability is a consultancy focusing on team adaptive performance and health, and the leadership versatility needed to support them. Using advanced assessment tools and research-based interviews, we deliver a comprehensive team adaptive performance and leader versatility analytics. We provide organizations a map of what constrains teams’ ability to succeed in their missions.

We also identify higher-level, systemic impediments to the success of team-of-teams, and offer targeted recommendations to address them.

Beyond assessment, we develop measurable action plans for teams and leaders to accelerate their path to higher collaboration and adaptability.  We support team and leader development through improvement and intervention programs that leverage our proven training, mentoring, and coaching techniques.  All of our services are founded on well-researched and applied scientific methods of team and adult development.
